What to expect
After placing your order, an email confirmation will be sent to include your order number.
Within two to three business days, you will receive a proof via email of your digitized logo or design.
Proofs must be approved within 24 hours to keep your order on schedule! Edits to the logo, or delays to the approval, will cause delays to your order ship date. Proofs that are still not approved after 48 hours will be put into production as proofed.
Once your logo is approved, we send your order into production!
After production is complete, your order will go through quality control and be packaged up for shipping.
• You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.
• Ground Shipping typically takes three to five days for delivery.
• Expedited shipping is also available and can be purchased at checkout.
Additions including multiple logos, digitizing, excess colors, stitch counts as agreed upon and/or upgrades in shipping method, could be cause for additional costs after the point of order placement. In those cases, you will be notified of those charges upfront and will have the opportunity to approve the additional costs, FMG will never invoice you for additional charges without your approval!
